It's one of those days where you feel amazingly confident. Probably you did something that improved your confidence, or perhaps, you just woke up confident already.
You start your day in the best way possible, until you start interacting with the first people.

I Always Lost Confidence Energy
The same thing happened to me. I wasn’t the typical confident person before, however after years of working on myself, I had found a systemic way to hack my confidence and feel good almost on a consistent basis.
However there was still one aspect that I didn’t master and this was learning how not to get my energies deleted by others.
At first I always got entangled in the insecurities of other people, and I absorbed them just like a sponge. However one day that changed thanks to some specific practices I did.
I went from feeling drained of my confidence around people to making them feel as confident as me, without impacting my energy.
